We are proud to participate in The Poutine Week which will take place from February 1st to February 7th. For the occasion, we present “La PouTING“, a meal combining two classics of Quebec gastronomy!
Rediscover the taste of Chinese fondue – a traditional meal enjoyed by all Quebecers at this time of the year – in a typical formula: the legendary poutine.
Composed of a base of baked potato pieces which are fried afterwards, “La PouTING” will remind you of the famous baked potatoes that are served as a side during fondue dinners. The essentials are added: minced Angus beef, broccoli, mushrooms and the famous squeaky cheese curds from Quebec’s emblematic meal. To top if off, this creation is served with a blend of poutine sauce and our homemade fondue broth! Admit it… you want to try it!
“La PouTING” is offered for as little as $12 in all our restaurants and $1 per poutine sold will be donated to a foundation! For restaurants in the Greater Quebec City area, the amount will be donated to the Children’s Wish Foundation. For restaurants elsewhere in the province, Anorexie et boulimie Québec (ANEB) will receive the amount.
