The BAS-DU-FLEUVE
St. Laurent gin-based cocktail originating from the area that gave it its name, the BAS-DU-FLEUVE is a light, refreshing drink that is perfect for a smooth, comforting seasonal transition. Earl Grey tea, aloe and blueberry juices unite to create this most exquisite drink, to be enjoyed before or during dinner with a suggested dish for a deliciously harmonious experience.

The BEEF TATAKI
All foodies know that beef and blueberries are a perfect taste pairing! So in order to have a match made in flavour heaven for the suggested drink, a beef tataki is the top choice. Soy, honey and ginger marinated strip loin served with shitake mayonnaise; the perfect meeting of sweet and salty. The proposed cocktail’s fresh flavours will meld marvelously well with this succulent meat and its Asian-inspired mayo.
