Melt for The Cheese Week from May 7 to 13, 2018!

This year, RestoQuebec has combined its popular Grilled Cheese Festival and Mac N’ Cheese Week concepts to create the ultimate thematic cheese week: The Cheese Week!

For the occasion, the participating restaurants could choose to present a revisited version of one of the two dishes behind the concept (grilled cheese or mac 'n cheese). For its part, the SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant team has chosen to reinvent macaroni and cheese in its own way with its Mac ’N Cheese & Bacon Cone!

A both crisp and tender experience awaits your palate, first through its sweet waffle cone, which is generously topped with Canadian cheddar and mozzarella mac 'n cheese with a touch of fine broccoli florets.

The garnish of homemade bacon slices add a smoky, crispy touch, along with generous rich-flavoured Parmesan shavings and a few arugula leaves for a bit of bitterness.

This creation will be available for as little as $10 until May 13th in the 4 SHAKER of the Greater Quebec City area (Ste-Foy, Cap-Rouge, Lévis and Charlesbourg), but will also be offered at SHAKER St-Georges.
