The SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurants take advantage of this period to invite you to try a dish and cocktail pairing that’ll cheer you up: the MOLTEN BRIE CHEESE, great for sharing, and THE HIBISCUS, a light, fresh and fruity cocktail.
The brie in a pecan crust is accompanied by a sweet maple cranberry and green apple compote. Also sprinkled with arugula, this sweet and salty appetizer goes along great with the lightness of the cocktail. Besides, the hibiscus syrup has a taste similar to cranberry, which creates the perfect combination! The same applies to the wild berries that can be found in both. Imagine white cranberry juice and raspberry vodka in THE HIBISCUS matched with the compote in the MOLTEN BRIE CHEESE…would you be able to resist?
