The terrace is inaugurated for the SHAKER of Lévis!

The SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology of Lévis officially inaugurated its terrace last Thursday! Sun, atmosphere and pleasure were all in the air, for one of the most beautiful summer evenings we've had so far!

Located downtown, the SHAKER is perfect for a lunch break, or for a happy hour or later! Customers of all age groups attend the restaurant, thus creating a diverse clientele. And as a result, we saw both young and not so old at this evening that was 100% entertaining. As soon as we arrived, the staff offered to snap a picture of us with the parrots, which were also on the terrace. Charming!

The atmosphere was built around their new cocktail, SHAMAN, Made with Love - Québec 2016 winner! Tribal, feathers, the SHAMAN himself. Everything was there! We were also offered different bite-tastin to work up our appetite to Charles Papineau's menu, already praised by the customers. At first glance, the inside decor looks great! It looks very similar to the 2 other SHAKER (Ste-Foy and Cap-Rouge) but with a little twist, I must admit! The central bar is an open area, which creates a unifying effect, and makes us feel close to the terrace!

As always, the food is A1, the head mixologist and co-owner Jean René Label created cocktails that were all equally original(and delicious!), amazing staff to provide an efficient service … In summary, the recipe for success is maintained since the very beginning of the history of the banner. And for the end of the evening? It was the fire eater / juggler’s turn to impress us with his talents, a perfect performance to kick off the festivities!

I believe that this place will find a soft spot in many people's heart, and that Lévis was perfect for an establishment of its kind. Moreover, the marketing director of SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology, Cedric Paquet, expressed his delight regarding the warm welcome that the 3rd branch has recieved. And based on the fun that the people seemed to have, I bet that it won't be the last evening of the kind at SHAKER Lévis! When will be your next visit?
