This month, from October 2nd to 8th, 2017, it’s Quebec City’s Manger Cru (Eating Raw) Week, featuring no cook cuisine! Tartares being one of SHAKER restaurants’ specialties, there wasn’t any way to miss this opportunity to offer a dish up to par with their talents. We are proud to present Asian Albacore, a tuna tartare inspired by… of course, Asia!
Albacore tuna, Asian pear, wakame salad, wasabi yogurt, sour oyster sauce, side of wonton chips. The flavour combination created by the key elements in this dish will make your taste buds come alive. The sweet and sour tastes of the oyster sauce will find balance in the Asian pear, while the wakame algae will add incredible texture and character. A dish to leave your tastebuds inevitably asking for more!
