The lychee in the Spotlight!

26 October 2018

Sometimes, one common ingredient is all you need to create the perfect match! Discover the taste of lychee in the dish & cocktail pairing proposed by our team: the RED TUNA WITH GINGER LYCHEE, a mild tartare, and THE SHAMAN, a sweet and fruity cocktail.

Composed of a blend of green onions, honey, cilantro and mayo, the RED TUNA WITH GINGER LYCHEE represents the perfect balance between fruity and fresh. The spicier ingredients such as ginger and cilantro are well-adjusted by the sweet taste of lychee, which is also present in the recommended cocktail.

The secret is in its 3D skull: with its perfect shape to celebrate the month of Halloween, this lychee-watermelon flavoured skull adds a fruity touch to the cocktail. Let it melt in a mixture of Smirnoff Vodka, Soho, tonic syrup, lemon juice, raspberry puree and Sprite to create a perfect harmony with the proposed dish.
