Vermouth Featured in our New Quebec Distillery-Based Cocktail

23 March 2017

Welcome the ROUGE GORGE cocktail, the last addition on the local mixology menu! Sweet, slightly bitter and red wine-flavoured, this orange-pink cocktail is made with the very first Quebec vermouth cider, Rouge Gorge. Cheers to that!

Originating from Domaine Lafrance in the Laurentides, this vermouth is the result of a blend of apple cider, herbs and local spices. It’s the distillery's founder’s grandson who had the bold idea to design this aperitif for the first time in the province of Quebec. A challenge that has been met hands down!

Enjoy the aromas of lime, cranberry, guava & peach tea found in the ROUGE GORGE cocktail. A special something that’s 100% Quebecer to spoil your taste buds!
