First Quebec Cider on the Menu!

Our team is pleased to announce that a product from Cidrerie Lacroix is on the menu, just in time for the summer season! We are proud to be associated with this Quebec company, which is stepping up its efforts to be more and more eco-responsible. Some of their ciders are recognized not only in Quebec, but also around the world!

Among the wide selection of artisanal ciders from Cidrerie Lacroix, it’s their very first product that you’ll get the chance to taste in our restaurants: Lot 300 Original cider. Ideal for an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to a meal, this cider is great with salads, poultry, tartares & fish.

A classic since 1879, this product made from Quebec apples in the municipality of St-Joseph-du-Lac is known for its sparkling and refreshing character. This gluten-free cider is balanced to perfection to offer a slightly sweet and well-rounded taste! Lot 300 Original is available in casks in our restaurants and is available in different formats: glass, pint or pitcher.
