Certified by the Agence canadienne de classement du boeuf though a rigorous selection process, each piece has been thoroughly examined to make sure that it respects the official rules and standards of classification. This means that only the upper 2/3 of all AAA classified meat are used, which gives a tender, juicy and flavourful meat of the best quality!

You’re probably wondering which meal to choose to enjoy this beef? The answer is pretty vague: absolutely all our burgers that has a bovine meat are Sterling Silver certified, as well as our striploin with its exclusive fat-free cut and our filet mignon, aged 21 days.
