Main Tasks

• Maintain quality and correct presentation of plates;
• Serve plates to clients;
• Oversee efficient communication between kitchen and dining room;
• Ensure the smooth running of service operations so that clients are not lacking of anything (condiments, utensils, sauces, etc.);
• Ensure the cleaniness of the workspace and hatch supply;
• Any other related tasks.
