Main Tasks

• Assist the chef in all kitchen operations;
• Actively contribute to service;
• Maintain quality of food production and presentation according to the standards set by the franchisor;
• Prepare necessary ingredients for recipes;
• Ensure that the cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and workspace are maintained;
• Any other related tasks.

Requirements

• Show autonomy, the ability to work under pressure and a good sense of priorities;
• Years of experience: 1-2 years;
• Asset: DVS (in cooking or equivalent);
• Asset: training in hygiene and public health.
