Fresh and bitter, this citrus-flavoured cocktail will send you straight to Italy, from where comes the emblematic spirits at the origin of this divine mixture; the famous Aperol! We owe the colourful dress of this cocktail to the Aperol’s deep scarlet colour. In this cocktail, we also combine sparkling wine, Tanqueray Gin, Cointreau, elderflower syrup and lemon juice, creating the perfect sparkling cocktail to treat yourself under the last rays of summer!
