In the middle of the summer, do you know what's wonderful? Berry-based mixology cocktails are at their best! In early August, our team has concocted a most refreshing creation featuring one of the berries of Quebec: the BLACKBERRY MARGARITA.

You guessed it, blackberries are at the heart of this new cocktail that you can try now in one of our restaurants! Not only will you be able to taste the slightly sour and sweet fruit, you’ll also find hints of vanilla as well. A berry juicy and sweet at the same time, accompanied by the softness the vanilla…it’s a big yes!
