A breath of fresh air is brought upon the SHAKER menu! You can now enjoy a vegan option on your poke bowl with our new YELLOW BEET AND QUINOA tartare. Also available as a meal served with fries and salad, this addition to the TARTARES & POKE BOWLS section will delight everyone!

This mix of red pepper, shallots, fresh herb, grilled maple-glazed almonds and orange emulsion will stand out by its texture and sweet taste. What is the most noticeable in this recipe? The soft citrus and mustard flavours that we find in the emulsion. But that’s not all! The crunchy almonds pair perfectly with the soft aspect of the yellow beet to create a winning combo!

What about the quinoa? This superfood with a unique taste has several benefits, including its high content of quality proteins. Its the number once choice to combine flavour and health!
