The typical taste of Black Forest Cake…in a Mason Jar!

16 December 2021

If you’re the kind of person that’ll do anything for that last slice of Black Forest cake, just wait for our Holiday themed cocktail! Named after the popular pastry, this creation has been prepared by our beloved chef mixologist Jean-René Lebel.

As far as he can remember, Jean-René and his family used to enjoy this famous cake during the holidays. Therefore, to honor the good old days, he had the idea to bring the hype back in the form of a dessert cocktail! For the more adventurous type, this creation can be a great choice of aperitif. No matter what you prefer, make room for the BLACK FOREST because during the holiday season, we don’t count the calories!

You may be wondering what ressembles the Black Forest in this cocktail? It’s the hints of vanilla in the rum, the strawberry in the Chambord and the chocolatey taste in the cocoa liqueur. You won’t believe it!

BLACK FOREST
Captain Morgan spiced rum
Chambord
Chocolate liqueur
Milk
Whipped cream
Edible confettis

You have until December 24 to try it in every SHAKER of the province. If you’d like to be served Jean-René himself, see you at the branch in Lévis!
