Warm Hawaiian breezes take hold of SHAKER’s kitchens: say Aloha to poke bowls! This delicious, healthy and heavenly typical Hawaiian dish is THE new food trend to try. Rich in fiber and protein, it’s the perfect combination of healthy eating and pleasant flavors in one bowl! How is it prepared? In a bowl, we lay a bottom layer of rice, then fresh vegetables and an assortment of ingredients like ginger, coriander or cashew nuts. All you need to do is select your combination of choice among our 12 varieties of tartars and tataki. Still undecided? Go for a combo or trio of tartars.
